Unfortunately, goods on sale or discounted offer cannot be returned. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.

Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable postal service.

We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return received.

GiftsIf the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of your return.

Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.
